Great experience! My wife (Japanese) and myself really enjoyed our dinner at Taku. The atmosphere is very quiet, you can choose between 2 rooms. One of the Japanese chefs came to say hi and to ask if everything was ok. The food and quality of fish was amazing. Good choice also for the non-sushi menu.
Excellent Japanese cuisine. Exquisite, high-quality, and fresh ingredients. The staff were kind and attentive. We came for lunch and enjoyed it so much that we returned for dinner. It was truly worth it. The standard is comparable to top-tier Japanese cuisine served in Japan.

On Easter day at lunch time we got there the 4 of us without reservation. We were served very kindly, the food was excellent, including desserts which oftentimes are overlooked in these kind of restaurants. Plus the place is cozy and elegant without being intimidating, great. We'll likely return next time we are in town.
A lot of choice, with very good / high quality products. Staff is nice and professional, service is quick and efficient. Restaurant is calm, pleasant terrace. Recommend!

Alta qualità del cibo, locale elegante, servizio veloce ed attento alle esigenze del cliente. Ottimi gli spaghetti piastrati, davvero consigliati. Nulla a che vedere con gli all you can eat, se amate la cucina giapponese è il posto per voi. Il prezzo è in linea con l'offerta. Essendo in pieno centro il parcheggio può essere un problema.

Il Taku è sempre una garanzia. Non vivo più in Puglia ormai da 6 anni ma ogni volta che torno questa è una tappa obbligata.
